My story

How I came to this work

Write your personal story here: where you are from, what you did before therapy and what brought you to gestalt.

In the second paragraph you can say something about your own first experience of therapy, as a client. People read this most carefully, because they are looking for a sign that you understand first-hand.

In the third paragraph say what matters most to you in this work and what a good therapeutic relationship looks like to you. No clichés, just what you would say out loud.

If you like, add something personal from outside work: what rests you, what you do when you are not working.

How I work

What you can expect from me

In therapy I do not give advice and I will not tell you how to live. I will ask what you feel as you tell me, and what is happening in your body.

We go at your pace. If a topic is not ready to open yet, we will not force it.

Everything you say stays between us. I discuss my work with a supervisor, without any details that could identify you.
