Week 01
Coming Back to Yourself
Notice where your attention goes and start checking in with yourself more often.
Feminine Embodiment is an 8-week guided group program for women who want to understand their needs, listen to their bodies and make choices with more self-trust.
Next group starts {{ cohortDate }} · Limited to 12 women
Embodiment means paying attention to your needs, emotions and physical signals instead of relying only on your thoughts.
Over eight weeks, you'll practice noticing those signals and using them to make clearer choices, communicate boundaries and understand yourself better.
This is not about becoming softer, more sensual or more traditionally feminine. There is no right way to be a woman here.

Week 04
Practice noticing your limits and communicating what does and doesn't work for you.
Week 05
Notice difficult emotions before automatically suppressing, explaining or analyzing them.
Week 06
Explore rest and enjoyment without treating them as something you have to earn.
Week 07
Practice making everyday choices without constantly looking to other people for confirmation.
Week 08
Choose the practices that helped you most and create a realistic way to continue them.
The Feminine Embodiment Workbook follows the program week by week, with reflection questions and exercises that help you notice patterns in everyday life.
Here, embodiment means paying attention to your physical sensations, emotions, needs and reactions instead of relying only on analysis and thought.
Sessions are recorded, so you can catch up when you cannot attend live.
Plan for the weekly two-hour live session plus some time for the short lesson, workbook and practice.
